The anaerobic adhesive used in the industrial manufacturing industry is a single-component, anaerobic adhesive, which is mainly used for bolt locking, pipeline sealing and cylindrical parts retention. Rely on contact with air to maintain a liquid state, under oxygen-deficient conditions, it can quickly solidify at room temperature. It has low toxicity, excellent oil resistance, shock resistance and sealing performance. After dismantling, the original performance of the machine part will not be affected, and the workpiece can be used repeatedly.

Surface treatment: Before applying anaerobic glue, please clean up the oil and dust on the surface of the glued part to ensure that the glued part is dry.
Gluing: When applying glue, the anaerobic glue can be directly coated on the surface to be adhered with the original packaging, or it can be brushed or scraped. Gluing the surfaces of both adherends has the best effect. Satisfactory results can also be achieved by assembling a surface completely. For bolts, glue can only be applied to the end of the bolt and the threaded opening. When tightening, the glue will fill the entire gap. If it is a crack or inconvenient disassembly part, the method of glue leakage can also be used. Enough glue should be applied when sizing to ensure full contact between the thread and the glue, but the glue layer is not easy to be too thick, too large thickness will reduce the strength, please complete the installation as soon as possible after sizing.
Assembly: During assembly, the parts should be rotated back and forth to spread the glue, and the parts should be positioned as soon as possible. If an accelerator is used, the position can only be adjusted within the allowed time.
Curing and cleaning: The parts assembled after the glue is usually partially cured at room temperature (5min~30min). Generally, the larger the bonding area and the smaller the gap, the faster the curing (same material). 24H curing can reach the maximum value. As the temperature increases, the curing time is shortened and the bonding strength increases. At low temperature, it is difficult to reach the rated strength even if the curing time is extended by 48H.
