Water-based sealant
[Product information] HY438 water-based sealant is mainly used for welding seams of automobiles, buses, refrigerated cars, vans, and containers. It also has a wide range of uses in steel structure workshops, plumbing equipment, heat preservation and waterproofing. It is kneaded by EVA rubber with various additives and reinforcing fillers. It is non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive, and is an ideal green product. It has high solid content, good soft shock resistance and elongation, good filling and sealing performance and paintability.
[Product performance] Main ingredients: EVA rubber (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), reinforcing filler, and various compounding agents.
Product appearance: single-component white paste, uniform and fine, without obvious particles and bubbles.
Solid content: ≥68%
Sagging degree: ≤2mm
Curing conditions: surface drying time at room temperature≤3h
Shear strength: ≥1.0MPa
Cracking test: baking at 80℃, no cracking
Storage period: half a year at room temperature
