Operation process of quick repair glue for conveyor belt:
1. Surface treatment: Use an angle grinder or a steel wire wheel to rough the repaired area and its surroundings, and remove the lint. If repairing belt holes or longitudinal tears, it is necessary to cut the bevel, and use tape to stick the leaking part on the back.
2. Cleaning: Use HY755 cleaning agent or acetone to clean the surface to be repaired and dry it.
3. Compounding and repairing: Mix the A and B components at one time (or according to the ratio of AB=3:1) and fully stir for 1 to 2 minutes to completely mix, and then pour into the area to be repaired or brush on Pre-protect the place and smooth it out.
4. Curing: At 25°C, it will become an elastomer in 1 hour and it can be turned on for use.

1. Keep the container tightly closed before mixing. Once opened, it should be used up as soon as possible.
2. The prepared repair agent will be used up within 2 minutes.
