Product information] Single-component neutral silicone sealing material, semi-flowing, suitable for partial packaging of electronic components, circuit boards, sensors, relays, etc. The package thickness is within 7mm. It has excellent resistance to cold and heat alternating performance, aging resistance, flexibility, insulation, moisture resistance, shock resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. It is a replacement product of traditional 703, 704, and 705 silicone rubber.
HY591W: partial encapsulation of oxime type, white, electrical modules and other electronic components.
HY591B: Deoxime type, black, bonding and sealing of electronic components, circuit boards, relays, microwave ovens, etc.
